This facility has a history of break-ins and based on our experience, there are tenants who are targeting other tenants like they targeted us. According to management, these RATS have units there and they know about it but will not do anything to investigate and therefore place the responsibilities on the sheriffs. The facility does not have cameras along every row and does not monitor activity unless something happens. Our unit remained unlocked for almost a month until we were notified it was broken into by a grounds keeper. Three more units were also reported to be broken into the day we filed our police report and who knows how many more go unreported. The grounds keeper there removed the damaged lock mechanism as if it was routine so that is concerning. If you value your possessions, I would highly recommend choosing another storage facility or area because according to my research and experience theft is a problem here that is not getting addressed by local authorities and business owners.

If you sign up online for there promotion don't expect to have it stick. I signed up they put me toward the back. 10x15 $34 to start up, then I said something closer to the front which is $6 more that's cool still falls into the promotion. Making it's total now $47. The promotion was 75% off the first 2 months making it $14.50. The 1st month i was charged both $34 & $47. Then the 2nd month i was charged the full $56.00 i called an asked why was I charged both fees and Louis gave me a run around i explained my self very clear from the back to the front and the promotion online. He said oh what you wanted wasn't available so the promotion doesn't count. Mind you they have a ton of 10x15 available so how isn't the online promotion accepted? I moved into a 10x15 so why arnt they accepting there $14.50 first 2 months for a 10x15. He did not want to honor it nor give me the over charge back. After arguing he gave me the credit of $34.00 but did not honor the 75% of. He was so rude about it to. Definitely going to look somewhere else maybe that's why they are empty there because they false advertise. To also add-on to their comment that they replied on. I was moved to a different storage unit. Due to the fact of the door not working properly. So I don't understand how that is my fault and why the promotion would not have been applied. To what caused a great deal of confusion and being ripped off.

Recently rented out another storage unit. I have one for myself and another for my son and I can say that I am very satisfied with the customer service Luis has provided for us. It’s a nice clean space and was easy to rent out.
