I just gotta say, our experience with Gabby was the best experience I've had in any storage units, from giving us helpful options, payment plans, and views of the storage room, i say it was a 10/10! And we've never laughed or enjoyed our time more! She was making us smile and our day brighter! Definitely will come and visit her again soon! Very good staff!

NEVER had issues with Public storage. Staff is very helpful in anything you need yet very communicable. Jacob was a great help with showing me around and explaining things in detail. Keep up the great work and yall's help is very much appreciated 👏 Communication is excellent and issues resolved. Paperwork and payments are handled in line or via the app. The app is very helpful. Besides the administrative tasks you can accomplish via the app - seeing your contract, paying bill and credentials such as your code to access spaces you are authorized to enter. The app will also access spaces using your Bluetooth on your phone. This feature is a life saver for me. I constantly forget my code and don't worry about entering the code improperly. Access at all points of entry , gates, elevators ,etc. The facility is maintained very well, clean and well lit. There are access hours - just be aware and don't get your vehicle locked in behind the gates. Carts are provided and people are really good about returning them to the proper location for others to find. The units that are tempeture controlled are properly maintained. Multiple elevators and access to the building make for efficient and many people accessing their units.

On May 22nd I walked into the Public Storage at the Blanco location. John assisted me and I let him know that I needed a storage unit 10×10 with a wide roll up door large enough for 2 motorcycles with 24 hour access. John notified me that there was a unit at the Sunset location available. When writing up the contract John made a mistake and wrote it up for a swing door (the size of an average door) I corrected him and he changed it. John had me sign the contract and mentioned an admin fee but never mentioned it was non-refundable. I immediately went just 8 minutes away to look at the unit at the other location and found that it was a roll up but still the width of an average door which was not what I specifically requested. Donna at the Sunset location attempted to find me a unit with my specifications but was unsuccessful. I requested a refund because the unit would be of no use to me. Donna gave me a partial refund and stated that the admin fee could not be refunded. I stressed to her that I literally signed the contract no more then 10 minutes earlier and that the mistakes were the fault of Public Storage. I contacted customer service and spoke to Sofia then her supervisor Valerie and both told me on repeat like a broken record "we're sorry but the admin fee is non-refundable". Donna at the Sunset location notified me that she had requested by email that the District Manager Holly B. call me to resolve this issue. I not been contacted. I also attempted to contact the District Manager Holly and left a message and have not received a call. I am very disappointed in this storage company. They're thieves!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY TO ANYONE!!!

Jacob was very professional. He knew all the answers to the questions I was asking him. He showed me a couple units and was very kind. Thank you so much it's good to see Public storage. Has an employee like this he deserves a raise.

David was very informative and handsome on. Opened the door for us everytime we walked in. Showed us every benefit that the facility had. I felt safe leaving my property there.
