Rented almost a year,not clean,never spoke to owners or a manager,have a good answering service,was robbed there in November, moved out in Dec.notified their staff on Dec 8th I was moving out .After the robbery I didn't have enough to warrant renting the storage.They still wanted a 30 day notice and did attempt to debit my account for $180.I never was contacted in regards to the robbery or anytime afterwards by the owners or a manager despite several calls to their answering service who said they would have them call me. It never happened! I do not recommend this facility!

I’ve had such a great experience with this storage facility! From the moment I signed up, everything was simple and straightforward. The units are spotless, well-kept, and clearly maintained with care. Security is excellent, which gives me total confidence that my belongings are safe at all times. The property feels organized and professional, and I really appreciate the consistent attention to detail. What sets this place apart is the service. The team here is always kind, responsive, and ready to answer questions or offer help. They go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly, which makes a big difference. We just moved our boat to a storage unit at PK lake and vacated our #19 covered spot here. I've read some of the negative comments about this facility and I can say that I did not have any problems. I bought my boat in Omaha, Nebraska last month and trailered it back to Texas. I arrived around 10:00pm on a Friday night and the owners met me at the facility to sign the lease paperwork and put my boat in a covered unit. During the time leading up to buying the boat and after storing it there, the owners were always responsive and easy to work with. While my boat was in storage there, it was covered, but could have easily been accessed by anyone who wanted to steal something, but we never had a problem. See photos below. This boat was very expensive for my wife and I and I would not have put it in any facility that I had concerns about. I am sorry to hear that some people experienced theft. That is a terrible feeling knowing that someone violated your personal space. I know from experience unfortunately. However, I would encourage you to call this facility and speak to them if you are looking for storage. You will not find a nicer couple to work with and you can ask more about their security improvements. I did not ask a lot of questions because I needed a space and they were the most responsive and nicest people I spoke to who could provide covered parking.
