Horrible!!! Was locked out for no reason and lost a bunch of money due to their incompetence. I have called 2 to 3 times a day everyday for 2 weeks I have set on hold a total of 46 hours in that 2 weeks I have pushed one for call back every single day received two callbacks to just tell me that my callback time has expired. I have contacted every number I can find online with no hope whatsoever of talking to a human being the very first time I did get to talk to somebody I was told I would be compensated for being locked out of my unit and I received a bill that did not show this compensation whatsoever this is the worst storage facility I have ever dealt with in my life oh did I mention that I had to buy a lock from CubeSmart which 10 Federal Storage decided to cut off well you owe me money for that because I bought it this is horrible professionalism at its worst this is incompetence at its highest this is a horrible company to deal with the sad part is that two times I set up there for two and three hours each waiting for someone to show up I wasn't the only one sitting there waiting there were others that had tried calling waiting trying to get hold of somebody and there was nobody to be hold of still waiting for a call back still to waiting this minute still waiting. I understand that there are kinks and stuff when a company buys another company but this is complete and total disregard, negligence, and competence, and professionalism on their part I can't even get a hold of anybody to get my stuff out of there because I don't want anything to do with these idiots ever again

FYI this location is the central office for 3-4 of the local cube smart properties. WOW! what a location. Love the office staff. Patient, helpful, and friendly. Southern charm with down home feel. I'm not from Santa Fe but quickly felt like I was when I walked into their office and was greeted with warm holiday wishes and smiles. PRICE... CAN'T BEAT IT! the properties need a little aesthetic TLC but despite their minimal visual blemishes they offer the same top notch security & access hours as their competitors and yet they always have a real life person answering the phones during operation hours. So why would you choose anywhere else? You get the security & reliability off a BIG name with the fun and friendliness and small town appeal... For nearly HALF THE PRICE.

We were needing storage in Santa Fe and CubeSmart on Hwy 6 seemed a good fit. Angela was a great help getting us what we needed in storage space. Seems to be a secure facility, convenient and competitive.

Joseph and Angela were both helpful and he showed me the property and available units which were just what I needed. It’s easy access to my unit and they have been great to communicate with.
