Was on a wait list, and they called me, were super helpful, and I jumped at the chance to relocate my travel trailer. Great facilites.

We booked our storage unit at Rec Nation in Texas over the phone while we were literally driving there, and the experience could not have been easier. Had a great experience with the staff on the phone. Provided map of the spaces available. However, it was a dirt lot and slots weren’t well marked. It took a while to find the slot I had been given. There were also a lot of large trucks entering and leaving.

BEWARE!!!! Years ago they were owned by a nice old couple. Now some big company bought it and it's turned into the worst storage facility I've ever had! To top it off, my camper was STOLEN and I can't get a hold of anyone! (I filed a police report and they aren't getting back to the police either!) Just sends me to voicemail and no one ever calls me back! They're still charging me for a space I no longer need and the price has gone up significantly! Do NOT rent from these crooks! Seems they have time to comment on these reviews but can’t seem to get to me about my stolen camper?! Also just read 5 months ago another camper was stolen and 2 different ppl had their storage unit or camper broken into!
