If you would like great customer service look no further than here. The employee (didn't get her name but she was great!) thoroughly went over the rental agreement along with walking me to my unit so I knew exactly where it was. She was very helpful, kind and courteous. With so many businesses with poor customer service this was such a nice change. This is how businesses should be run, caring about their customer! The rates you're a great and would highly recommend!

When this was Amazing Spaces it was terrific. We had a wine storage unit there. The HVAC started having issues a month or so after the change in control to SmartStop. We went one day and it was 63 degrees instead of 55. I asked what was going on and they said one unit was acting up and they put in a ticket. I checked multiple times over the next few weeks and was told they were still waiting an answer from corporate. Each time we visited the storage area was >61 degrees F. The local manager was very nice and said he had emailed several times about the issue. He suggested I call so a ticket would get entered. I did and they said I would be called in 3-5 days and it has now been over 2 weeks. It is clear that SmartStop does not care about their customers so I hope no one else has wine stored there because it will be ruined.

What an amazing place!! Reserving my space was fast, easy and the customer service was the best from the start. When I arrived to view my new unit, Yesica made sure I was comfortable with my choice and was very patient. Im confident knowing that my personal items will be safe because of the security SmartStop has to offer. And I can't leave out how clean and beautiful the Holzworth location is. Thanks again!!

I had a really great experience at this storage unit today. Yesica was super helpful and made the whole enrollment process really easy and stress free. She explained everything clearly and was really friendly the entire time. Overall, great service and I’d definitely recommend this place.

I’ve been to this location almost daily. Site is overall very clean and well maintained. Even saw a manager walking the site with a checklist. What’s exceedingly convenient is that you can use the app for access control of the gates, elevators, etc. The only downside I see with the app is that you can’t change your billing credit cards. You have to go through the office.
