One Star Review �� Discriminatory and Arbitrary Conduct Facility: Wood Boat & RV Storage, 18901 Kuykendahl Rd Spring, TX 77379 United States As a paying tenant renting two vehicle spaces, I was suddenly and unjustifiably removed as a customer — without warning, reason, or proper explanation. My wife has been a loyal customer of this facility since 2021. Recently, we visited together to rent a smaller unit. To our surprise, the same staff member who had previously removed me told us we were not allowed to rent — again, without any valid reason. This raises serious concerns about discriminatory behavior, selective enforcement, and unfair business practices. Such conduct may violate Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) and 42 U.S. Code § 1981, which protect consumers from arbitrary discrimination and ensure equal rights in contractual relationships. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and other consumer protection platforms to report what I believe to be unethical, biased, and possibly unlawful actions by this business. If you’re considering doing business with this storage facility, I strongly recommend proceeding with caution. A company that acts without transparency or accountability should not be trusted with your personal property.

Great facility for storage of a variety of things. Has covered outdoor storage for RVs, boats etc. And some indoor storage for these things too. Access control gate and fencing is good as security can get for these kind of places. Still need to take precautions like using hitch locks etc. They typically have limited or no vacancies so they are doing storage right.

Sheena made the process so easy and was very helpful during the difficult circumstances surrounding my need for a storage unit. Still 5 stars even though water enters the unit when it rains. Pallets are a good thing

We had a storage unit at this facility for over 6 years. During that time it went through several owners. The price was raised but all of them were reasonably priced and didn’t go up dramatically. The newest owner tried to more than double our rent and everyone is leaving. Be wary if you get into this storage facility at a good price they will probably just increase your rent dramatically the first chance they get.
