Been here a couple times, always friendly and helpful staff Never had issues with the trucks nor the unit I rented, it was quite funny reading the negative reviews lol cause it seemed like the issue was them and not this storage facility hahaha This storage facility is like no other it sets it apart from your average public storage, cube smart etc…

My experience was great. The fellas there were friendly. The gentleman that helped me I believe his name was Victor he was great knowledgeable comforting and fast.. the only complaint was the truck had a sweaty smell. I would rent from this location again

From the booking until returning the truck it was a terrible experience.the reserve the incorrect truck, they did not have a dolly available for moving. Retuning the truck was another issue, no internet and we had to wait for verify how much we would be charged. This was the worst experience.

I have two storage units here and I’m just in shock at the horrible experience. After leasing my first unit I started a business and decided to store my products here. When leasing the second unit I was very specific on what I was looking for and one of the very important questions I asked upfront was can I have packages delivered daily and the answer was “yes, that’s absolutely not a problem as long as you have your unit number on them”. I was very detailed in this because I managed apartments for 13 years and to me, a verbal contract is binding. A few days later I had packages delivered and they sent me a text to let me know. Well, I had just fallen and hurt my hip so I told them I would come as soon as possible and they said take your time and get well. The next day I got a text saying that my packages were going to be sent back so I freaked out and went to go get them (injured and all). They then notified me that if I was going to get packages there I needed to sign paperwork which was no problem. Couple days later, I go up there to pick up more packages and then I’m told I needed a mailbox in order to get packages… Wasn’t too happy about that but I told them I’d get a mailbox set up and I was told that my packages would still be taken and that the lady would let everyone know to accept my packages. I tried to set one up online and unfortunately I needed paperwork that I don’t have so I wasn’t able to do it. Then, I go up there to get packages and explain the situation and ALL of my packages were sent back. I’m sorry but what?!? Long story short, it’s been weeks and my packages still haven’t made it back to the senders and it’s hundreds of dollars worth of items. You can’t run a business and agree to things and then change your mind over and over again, It’s not good business. One simple phone call to me and I would have been there to get my packages. I know there will be an excuse reply to this review but all it took was a phone call and some respect but they just couldn’t even do that. Did all my packages get sent back? Who knows… They agreed to it to get me to sign a lease and then totally stabbed me in the back. By the way Jennifer, it’s not a federal offense to accept packages as you stated, but it is an offense if you accept and then they disappear so I’d appreciate it if you would actually send them back so I don’t have to take further action. As far as the storage facility, the gate is always broken and the place looks like a junk yard.

They gave me a 26ft truck with no A/C or Airflow. Outside was around 89 degrees. I spoke with LAUREN and she said she will give me 50% off. She didn’t want to give me another truck, she said it’s “booked for another customer”. Also, she said she will apply discount once I bring the truck back and she inspects it. Today on the phone, after I mentioned off all this, she said “Sir, you should never trust anybody 100%”. I was in shock, the way how she spoke with me. I work in sales and I choose my words wisely and whatever I say to my client, I stick with it. After 10 minutes of speaking with her, she started raising her voice and she hang up on me!!!! LAUREN IS A LIAR, AND SHE DOESN’T DESERVE TO WORK THERE! EXTREMELY RUDE AND ABSOLUTELY 0 REVIEWS FOR ALL OF THEM ESPECIALLY FOR THAT RUDE GIRL!!!!!
