I had reserved a unit in at their Temple location, I didn't end up renting it however due to the size dimensions I needed to store a car and it was the wrong length and width. That is none to be the fault of the guy at the company in Jacksonville Texas, he was wonderful their customer service was great. He was with us every step of the way over the phone and got us a different code when ours wouldn't enter I mean he didn't hesitate to do what he could to help us he was awesome so this is definitely a great place to rent and they are very high security fenced all the way around very nice units. And very affordable.

Everything is up kept very well and customer service is awesome! Then gentleman who I've talked to multiple times at the desk has been extremely helpful and I do not have a single complaint. Would definitely recommend!

Pro Storage is top of the line in Storage units .The grounds are always kept clean and completely safe with gated security . The personnel is friendly and courteous and always ready to help in any way . I recommend them to every one for your personal storage needs..
