Carla has been excellent during our time at the Texas City location. The unit was clean upon move-in and when we forgot our keys 30 minutes away she helped us get access back without having to go back to get our keys

Could not have been any easier to setup and pay…especially when miles away. App was a little tricky at first to get to payment option but it isn’t an issue now. Great place to store and easy access! Would tell anyone if they needed temporary storage solutions.

I highly recommend and give 5 stars for the location on Bay St in Texas City. I stopped by a month ago to talk to the office about future storage and I have to say, Carla is the main reason we chose this location. She was extremely nice and helpful and showed me the different sizes available. Also, the property is very well maintained and plenty of space for navigating through with a trailer which is hard to find with storage locations.
