Time I’m writing this post is 4:30pm September 12th. They have a sign out front saying “we’ll be back soon at 9.” Considering they close at 6pm today does that mean 9am the next day? This is very frustrating as this is the second time I’ve tried to reach someone about canceling my unit (it’s also convenient that I can’t reach anyone the day before I have to make a payment). Also tried to leave a voicemail to have it on record about me canceling but the mailbox was full (no surprise there). I ended up calling the main contact number and the person I spoke to assured me they put a vacate notice on my unit but could not give me any kind of email confirmation until tomorrow.
