Be very careful booking online - I selected a unit with the first month free and was told I selected an identical unit without this offer. I had to cancel and re-lease the unit. Update to my review: Customer service reached out and refunded my $25 service fee so I did not have to pay it twice, which was appreciated. The storage unit was clean, easy to access and a major plus was the moving cart in the storage building. I would give a 5 except for the initial experience booking the unit, otherwise very happy with the end result.

My interaction with Natiesha the Customer Service representative was awesome. She was very helpful and respectful. I called for help to end my time at SpareBox for now as I do not require it at the moment and she helped make the transaction smooth. I will recommend SpareBox in Hewitt. I had no issues at all.

I went online to find a storage facility that was open 24 hours a day. The first one to pop up on the page is spare box storage I click on it. I like the rates for the size of the building. So I go to the location rent the space, buy a lock from the kiosk. Spent the next 12 hours making arrangements to get a truck, trailer and getting 5 people to help pack, move and load this truck, my car and the large trailer. Now after confirming with not just 1 agent but 2 agents agents that this is 24 hour access, we arrive at this SpareBox to place everything in the storage building….. The problem with this was the gate was closed. Closed….. gate code would not. I tried it 4 times. So we leave to get a couple hours of sleep, on the way back to try again I called Spare Box again. I ask the agent on the phone if this is a 24 hour access storage unit. Agent says yes I gave her the address and she said yes. I said Well that is false advertising because it is NOT 24 hour access. So I told him I want to Escalate this up to a supervisor. A few minutes later, I get a call from a supervisor seems very concerned. Says that he will contact corporate. Wants to know if you call me back I say sure. Said Supervisor calls me back asked me if this was for a business or personal use. I do have a business, Because they could possibly figure out a way to make that 24 hour access happenbut I told them it’s for personal use which shouldn’t matter because that’s not a stipulation on the website or with the agents if they say it’s a 24 hour access storage unit it doesn’t specify for business owners only One of the Representatives stated that It shows them also that it’s a 24 hour unit until they go to research your gate code to see why it didn’t work and then at that point it tells them that the facility is closed From midnight until 5 AM. Why in the world would you advertise your open 24 hours and then close it for only four hours it makes no sense Oh and Since I told him it was for personal storage and not for my business, I have not heard from him again. So this is why they are getting a one star review.
