Francine was a huge help. I was thinking about getting a unit at a different company, since my previous call ended with no help. The previous representative had instructed me to go and do everything online, even though this was my first call to set up my storage unit. The person who I had spoken with last week, and with whom I had set up a reservation with, had asked me to call back and make a payment. I desired to try one more time, since the previous representative had refused to help. I’m glad I did. Francine was awesome- patient, kind, and respectful. She’s a keeper!
