First time movers here! Had a great experience with Rose today and loved her honest and helpful service! She gave us great information on some uhauls we were looking to rent! 10/10 service!

I didn't catch the name but the lady that works there with Auburn hair is extremely rude. I was told we couldn't use the trash can that is next to the storage units when on multiple occasions we were told that we could use it. She asked me what I thought I was doing and I said we were told we were allowed to use the trash can for the pallets but we could not leave them outside of the trash can. She said that's not true. I have been given permission multiple times by the older man that works there. She said she would have a little chat with him too. When I asked her if she could email my manager who is the lease holder she just said "you need to check your lease, it's in your lease." Over and over. she did not offer to pull that up for me to see. Really rude and obnoxious, I would not have picked this place for storage personally. If I knew it was not allowed to put trash in the can I would not to. But I was given permission.

My experience is has been great. Mrs. Rose is a nice person that handles her business and keeps the the looking nice and presentable. No problems with the storage place.🙏👍🥰
