Overall, this is a good storage location. However, I was just notified that my rent is increasing for the second time in six months. I just started renting it last June for $82/month. Three months later they increased it to $102. That's nearly a 25% increase. Last week I was notified that it is going up to $126/month! That's a huge increase in less than nine months. It feels like a bait & switch situation to me. If they wanted more rent for my unit, why did they start me at such a low amount? On a positive note, the manager Stephanie is very nice over the phone.

I have reached out to this company 4 times already and no one will contact me. I have left my number in every email, all the account information storage unit number and location but no one will give me a call or reply with an intelligent email. the only email they replied with stated they needed all info related to the account which i gave them over and over. Once someone finally returns my call and i get things situated i will be finding a new storage facility. This place is a Joke. Blue sky was 100 times better.

Worst storage unit I have ever dealt with! First storage unit we were put into the door broke, so we had to move ALL of our own stuff to a new unit with out any help from them. Then, our storage unit was vandalized and when u rent from them they FORCE you to purchase their insurance, but then when we filed our claim in whatever statement they made, the insurance says there was no vandalism! Our insurance claim was denied, below is photos of what our storage unit now looks like after being vandalized, but they denied our claim said it was not vandalized! This was not how we left our storage unit! Our boxes were taped shut and stacked neatly! So do not rent from them!
