Johnnie is a great manager! She was patient, talked over what options might best suit me and took the time to show me the units. She was friendly & knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend that if you need storage to go to Point Blank and ask for Johnnie!

LOVED IT! Even though the climate control prices were high Johnnie took her time and showed me a couple of different sizes, that property was clean, her office smelled lovely and she was extremely funny and friendly I highly would recommend her!!

I rented a climate controlled unit in Point Blank Texas and was told 80 degrees in summer and 50 degrees in winter is climate controlled. This is not climate controlled. I was also told they have carts. They do not. I canceled my rental and found a true climate controlled unit with carts at another facility. I will not use or recommend them to anyone. The only compliment I can give is on customer service.
