Staff was easy to work with and they are very clear on expectations. The facility felt safe and was well maintained! I was impressed on the care they took in what items I had to store and offered inside to keep the dust and dirt off my stuff. I didn’t listen and should have. Trust in their expertise is my recommendation. I was over charged after I moved out. I called and it was taken care of right away no hesitation. Marc was so helpful while we figured out what size unit we would need and informed him of all our options and was super patient with all our questions since we are storing long term due to an international move. This facility is super clean and I feel safe with storing our stuff here. We see staff regularly walk the property ensuring that everything is well maintained. Highly recommend this location.
