We have been at US Storage for several years now with my Dad's stuff as he has downsized over the years moving into a Senior Living Center. The facilities are so clean and the service is excellent. Recently my dad passed away and we have gone through all of his stuff. We're not quite ready to be done with the storage need but needed to move into a much smaller unit. The transition to the smaller unit was so easy - the customer service was fantastic. They allowed us to transfer what we had paid on the larger unit with a mid-month move and apply it to the smaller unit. Changing the lock and the code to get into the facility was very simple. I would strongly recommend US Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility. The cleanliness and the friendly service was beyond expectations. My recent experience with Ben at that facility could NOT have gone better or smoother. Thanks US Storage!!!

First time using a storage unit and I am very impressed with how clean the facility is and how helpful the property manager is! The process of moving has been made easy with the help of the free moving truck and the facility's ease of use. I have confidence that my stuff will be safe and stay clean whilst storing here. I was a little worried about being a second floor storage area but the elevator is huge and accommodating for large furniture. Good prices too!
