This company appears to rely on low introductory rates to attract customers, only to impose massive rate increases once your belongings are moved in and you're effectively stuck. I was specifically told my rate would remain the same if I prepaid for four months. The moment that period ended, I received notice that my monthly rate was increasing by 50%. Their excuse was "market changes." I called three other storage facilities in the area to verify that claim. Two were charging less than my original rate, and the only one charging more was just $17 higher. Not a single competitor was anywhere close to justifying a 50% increase. This wasn't a market adjustment—it felt like a bait-and-switch pricing strategy. They know moving a storage unit is time-consuming, expensive, and inconvenient, so they wait until your belongings are already stored before dramatically increasing the price. To make matters worse, the notice provided very little time to make alternative arrangements. A 50% increase with less than a month's notice is unreasonable by any standard. If you're considering renting here, get every promise in writing and assume the advertised rate is only temporary. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking at other storage facilities before doing business with this company.

The unit was clean and so secure!. The process for reservation and confirmation went so smooth. Then after we cleaned it out, we forgot to cancel for a couple of days, and they worked so well with us to ensure we closed the account. I would use this storage option again is needed. Excellent customer service and treatment!

helpful staff, good location. no garbage cans to be found in the building - very odd for storage units. Bathroom hasn’t worked for months and unit price went up frequently
