New built and very clean indoor (temperature controlled) and outdoor (pull-up) storage facility in Charleston. Local family owned business is exactly what my husband and I were looking for when we were moving out of our house in Summit County. We rolled up with a trailer full of our belongings and talked to Jen who got us set up quick and easy. We chose to go with an indoor temperature controlled 10x15 as they were having a special and it gives me more peace of mind to have our things inside and temperature controlled. I was adverse to the idea thinking that we would have to do so much more movement with all of our furniture and belongings to get it inside their facility. But Jenn worked with me to get me a storage close to the door and easily accessible. So glad we went with My Storage Charleston! I would highly recommend this facility! Jen and Cam helped us pick the perfect spot and even had a dolly and moving cart for us to rent and use.

My storage Charleston is an amazing facility with a great ON SITE staff. getting set up in my unit was simple and easy. the key system is extremely simple and convenient. the facility in brand new very clean and very secure. even the move out process was very simple with NO GIMMICKS to make you stay or get more money out of you.
