New built and very clean indoor (temperature controlled) and outdoor (pull-up) storage facility in Charleston. Local family owned business is exactly what my husband and I were looking for when we were moving out of our house in Summit County. We rolled up with a trailer full of our belongings and talked to Jen who got us set up quick and easy. We chose to go with an indoor temperature controlled 10x15 as they were having a special and it gives me more peace of mind to have our things inside and temperature controlled. I was adverse to the idea thinking that we would have to do so much more movement with all of our furniture and belongings to get it inside their facility. But Jenn worked with me to get me a storage close to the door and easily accessible. So glad we went with My Storage Charleston! I would highly recommend this facility! Jen and Cam helped us pick the perfect spot and even had a dolly and moving cart for us to rent and use.

We have been using my storage Charleston for 2 years and don’t plan to switch. Everyone we’ve worked with has been so helpful. Most recently we worked with Austin and he was great. The units are new, and clean. It’s a great location.

These units are very clean! We have loved using this facility. There is always someone in the office to answer questions and help out and it gives a good sense of security as well! Whenever we need a unit again we’ll definitely come back and use them again!
