Neil was helping me and was AMAZING at being: accurate, kind, understanding, efficient, and extremely helpful!! I had ordered a climate controlled unit and the person at the call center gave me one that wasn't climate controlled. Neil answered the phone first thing when they opened and knew what to do and how to help me. He immediately knew what had happened and made it right by finding me a unti tight by the door!! He also gave me a discount because for the trouble. I had to remove everything in 105F weather and he kindly found me a cart to make everything a 100 times easier and saved me in multiple ways. He saved my entire day!! Please give this man a raise! I highly recommend this company as well.

When I arrived at this location at 5:30p no one was in office. I tried calling the phone number posted but didn’t receive an answer. I reached out to customer service using the 888-storage number and the agent was very patient and willing to help. While I was on the phone with the agent I seen a worker walking up to assist me, the CS agent said make sure that’s an actual worker and it was. Went into the office and Neil was able to verify my id, give me the gate code, the lock, reassign me a new unit and also said he’ll clean my new unit. Neil made this process very fast and easy. He is such a great asset to the company he definitely needs a raise!

I reserved a 10 x 20 space, and when we arrive, it was actually two 10 x 10 units. It would’ve been nice be notified of this upfront before we arrived. BUT, With that said, and while we don’t like surprises, it actually worked out to our benefit. We were actually able to separate household items from garage items in the two separate units. We love the fact that the gates are locked at 10 PM till 6 AM every night. Gives us extra confidence of Security. We love that our storage unit is indoors. Again that extra Security and better insulation Against summer and winter temperatures. Overall, we are very pleased. I’ll do an update review in four months to see how much they raise our rent ha ha
