Not only did she take her time to make sure that we got the right size of unit but also the best price, even checking units at her other property in the same area to make sure that we were getting the best deal. She was bubbly and friendly and knowledgeable and everything I could have asked for in a customer service experience! A note to her boss, make sure you take care of her she's a real asset! Thank you so much for making the beginning of this moving Journey I'm about to embark on not only easy but enjoyable. 🩵

UPDATE: soon after posting this review I was contacted by the district manager. I was impressed with his personal service and attentiveness. Understand that no matter what they tell you they will raise the rent within a few months. Mine went up $50 after 3 months my daughters went up $75. You also have to; and are required, to get rental insurance on your storage unit which makes no sense whatsoever because you sign a waiver saying they're not responsible for any property damage or theft. They count on you not having the time to move your storage which for most people is true.

Fantastic experience! Robert, the property manager, knew all the info I needed and answered my questions well. He also walked me through how to use the key box to get in. Very easy experience! Highly recommend.

We stopped by to see the place before signing up on line and Abbi was in the office. She showed us the unit we were interested in and explained everything wonderfully. We came back after signing up and she got us set up. Everything looks clean and well taken care of. We’re happy to have found this place and impressed with the customer service. ⭐️

I have been renting storage in this location for almost 4 years, after this company bought these storages I have had many problems accessing the place days after the snowfall, there have been occasions in which I have not been able to enter the storage to look for my tools since I work with them every day, I have lost money and days of work since they do not clean the snow, I made a call to this company placing a complaint and they tell me that they are not responsible for cleaning the snow after the storm, it seems like a Lack of respect for customers, rates increased by more than 30% and service quality dropped 100%. The people who work there are very rude and never have the knowledge to respond to this type of inconvenience. Whenever I have the opportunity, I'll change places
