Anthony, the front desk guy, was so nice, helpful, and non-slimy about the business and storage unit. I’ve dealt with guys who try to upsell everything from overpriced locks, to more storage unit space - and it has turned me away from them. Not only did Anthony make the process to rent a storage unit seamless, but (as I said) was just a stand-up guy overall. No BS. No upsells. No being pushy. He was informative and helpful. I would recommend this storage unit place to ANYONE just from this experience alone.

I had spoke with Carol in CS to obtain a storage unit in Asheville, NC. To my surprise she gave me one in Utah. I have been trying to get my initial payment back and I have had the run around for a month. Everyone gives me the same answer that they have to get with their supervisor and will call me back. I had read good reviews but my experience has been horrible. I never signed up for Utah and still have been reimbursed for the initial payment made to my credit card. If I get my money, I will let you know.

Amanda and Anthony have been excellent! Responsive, helpful, organized and friendly. We’ve had multiple units and parking for a few years now, and love working with them. They make Max Storage a great place for enclosed storage and parking.
