Time to go

We have been here for over 8 years now. And of course we have a big unit. Every year we have a yard sale. My stuff has gotten smaller in my storage unit. I have really never has an issue, They are so easy and willing to work with you. I was given the grace period to pay my bill. If I had an issue with my unit there was someone there to help me out. I only had one issue and that was that my lock would not slide over to lock. The gentleman that was/is there on the property was nice enough to help me and the other couple that had the same issues. It was great to know that someone had your back. Now that I don't have much of anything in my storage unit. It is time to say Good-by. Wow, it took me 8 years. I will say this over all a good and friendly place to be. From Unit 16

Very easy and stress free

I want to for storage is previous and either couldn't pay online or over the phone. They let me pay over the phone communicate with me so that I can get moved in within 30 minutes

Major issues

My unit was broken into by another tenant the cameras didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t really show much you nothing you couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t really rely on the cameras other than the fact that we knew what he was doing contacted the police after being harassed by the owner and threatening me with a $50 fine for cutting their lock off my unit which in fact was not me that was approved filed a court case owner doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t wanna work with me on the priceAdded like 250 almost $300 in fees and court costs and this and that and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s under investigation a police investigation and he doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care he still wants to sell the unit very disappointed wished it could change because when I first moved into the place it was awesome

I rented a unit for kearns discount self storage and had a issue they have got right on fixing it and making me feel heard and cared for they have been great so far I would definently rent from them again. They are about there customers which you dont find much these days, thanks for your amazing customer service its what makes people want to stay a customer with you and recomend your business. Starting price was fantastic. After 3 months, my monthly bill doubled. The employees are nice and helpful, though. The resident cat is my favorite.

Prices are good... the units are clean and the business is easy to work with. I highly recommend it. You should give it a shot. Whenever I need help with something here at the storage unit, Chester is always available to do his best. I appreciate the value and the service.

Since I have rented a storage from Kearns discount storage, Grace has helped me with all questions I've had. She has been very pleasant, knowledgeable, and always gives me all of her attention . She is a friendly and expert for a customer manager/rep employee. It's actually a.joy to talk to o her. Even if I have an issue with billing or etc... Great storage company! Been with them for 10+ years and haven't had any sort of issues! I personally spoke with Ray and not only was he was kind, courteous and professional! He was very knowledgeable and helped with my concerns in a timely manner!
