I helped my sister move her stuff into the Lehi facility. Veronica the property manager was helpful and considerate. The process was very quick and easy. The facility had availability was clean and well maintained. The unit that was suggested by Veronica was able to fit everything we needed to store. Thank you.

I waited to give this review until I had moved out, even though they hound you to do it when you first sign up. That’s ok though because they deserve a good review. We rented a large unit while we got new carpet and kept stuff there for two months until we moved. The actual dimensions of the unit are slightly smaller, but not enough to make a fuss over. Signing up was easy and everyone I talked to on the phone were super helpful and upfront about their policies. I was hoping to get the first month free like some of their smaller units, but the larger units don’t have that promotion. They did however give me the second month free, which was perfect since we only needed it for two months anyway. You need to give them 15 days notice to close your account/unit, which I did via email and today I moved everything out and checked out of the unit using their video kiosk with a remote agent since nobody was in the office. Everything was great and I would definitely use them again if the need arises. Everything was very clean and secure and instructions and communication was clear.

Place is a rip off charging people for a 10x35 unit in all reality it’s 10-11 feet shorter then what I was charged for and been sitting here with the manager on a kiosk for over a hour and haven’t got anywhere after a 4 hour drive to drop off the vehicle and all my belongings! There solution is to give me a 14x35 and charge me an extra $200!

I like the easy access kiosk in lobby and it was easy to pay that way, then I ran into Veronica inside on my way out and she finished up my paperwork for me and was very personable and nice. Clean place and competitive for price. Thanks guys!!

We had a great experience with this storage facility. The staff was especially helpful, answering all our questions and making the process easy from start to finish. The location is convenient and easy to access, which made moving our items in and out hassle-free. Overall, a very positive experience—I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for storage.
