1 star is generous. After 4 months of paying $169 a month for a 10x15 unit the price was increased to $243. I had called and left voicemails several times several days because that’s all their automated system lets you do. Never get a call back. Then I get charged $247.50 and can show it came out of my bank and yet it’s still saying I missed payment. I finally get on a text chat with an agent where they confirm it’s not a fixed rate and they can charge however much they want and that the “best thing” I can do is contact my bank and make sure I have money in my account and resubmit payment BUT THEY ALREADY CHANGED ME!! Rather than listening to what I was saying the agent basically said I can’t help you and ended the chat. I will be moving my stuff out. This is the worst storage facility I have ever dealt with.

fantastic experience at Public Storage in Lehi. Talked to Hayden, who was very helpful and took all the time I needed to answer my questions... price was comperable but the customer service put me over the edge. I will rent here from now on!

I have an update: I contacted PS & Spoke with Abby- she was a great listener andand immediately went into problem solving mode. Thanks again Abby for your AMAZING customer service! She definitely deserves a huge promotion🌟🙌🏼 I wish I could give public storage ZERO STARS! I’ve been renting a small space 8x10 for less than a year and the rent has DOUBLED 100%?!?!?! I’m now paying almost $200 a month for a tiny space! BEWARE!! Stay away & Rent somewhere else!! CRAZY HIGH PRICES!!!

They don’t even qualify for a one star. They have terrible customer service. And super rude and unprofessional to their customers. Even their management treats their customers poorly. They don’t answer phone calls, nor returns your phone calls.i finally was able to have a live agent answer the phone. As I was trying to explain the situation, I kept getting interrupted and they would not let me finish a sentence. I called because I was promised a reimbursement back to my card that was on file. After being reassured multiple times that it would go back. It never went back to my original form of payment. Instead it went to my closed public storage account and they won’t reimburse me for it. Also they rack up your rent every 6 months. It’s pathetic. I closed out my storage unit before the month was over and they tried to charge me for the month of July and said I closed out on July 3,2025. And the lady I spoke too, confirmed my last gate code was June. 30th,2025. They aren’t worth it. Go somewhere else.
