I want to express my gratitude for the people working at this Easy Storage. They have been very patient with me, even though I was a difficult customer. It wasn't my intention, and they don't know this, but I was coming out of a pretty bad situation when I rented this unit. I took some of my anxiety out on them in more than one phone call - for which I am sorry. They remained professional with me, and they were also kind. And, when I needed wiggle room to get my things out of the unit, they allowed me that time without charging me. I genuinely appreciate how well they worked with me, and held on to my things, until I was in a safer situation. I highly recommend working with these people!

They aren’t as loyal to you as you are to them. They jack up the prices over time. My unit was filthy with dirt and black widows from the poor seals on the doors. Limited hours at night or early in the morning. I’m laying around $170 for my unit. It adds up over time and you end up paying more for the unit than your stuff is worth if you’re not careful.

They were very nice in helping me setup my rental, and even helped me make sure I got the best deal. As a college student, that was super nice of them to help make sure I wasn't over paying. When I moved into my new house, they were very helpful at helping me close my agreement and I was able to follow instructions.

When I called Easy Storage two weeks prior to my moving date they said they would reserve a unit for me and to just call the day of to make a payment. I said I wanted to pay for it when I called them the first time they said they I shouldn’t because then they would start charging me right away, it would be better if I called the day of. Two weeks later when I called they said they didn’t have any available units... on my moving day... as I am loading up my moving truck. Do not give them your business, I would not recommend them to anyone. 👎🏻

Very unprofessional! I opened an account on a Friday and was assured I could access my unit the next day. The following day there was already a lock on the unit I had already paid for. I sat outside my locked unit with a trailer load of items unable to be stored. Their office wouldn't answer my phone call so I was stuck. Luckily I found a different reputable facility the same day. Getting a refund of my initial payment is a JOKE. Almost 3 weeks later and no money. Stay away from this facility! Very hard to work with.
