I haven't been to my unit yet but the process of getting everything set up was smooth sailing. Both individuals who helped me (a sweet woman and a very kind man) were pleasant to speak with. I am young adult and new to this kind of stuff so it's very nice to have individuals willing to help me with any questions I have. They were also very personable. I would highly recommend. *update* I was having troubles with a price change on my unit and Nicholette was very reassuring and helped me out with my needs. So far my experience here has been great.

Our storage unit that we have had for years is suddenly INFESTED with mice. We didn’t have any food so they ate through all our boxes, and destroyed personal possessions. Also when we opened our unit it was so covered in dirt and dust that we may as well have left it outside. Our brand new couch is covered in rat poop and pee. So incredibly disappointing. We reached out to management and they didn’t even bother returning calls or emails.
