I lived here for several years and after deciding to move because of security issues and the administration never did anything, they always told me it was out of their control. Never miss your rent, never pay late, never have any complaints about me. I decided to move in January 2024. I did not break any leases, it was month to month. She never contacted me and she had knowledge of me and decided to send the invoice to a collection without prior notice and pay it when I became aware of the debt, now I am applying to rent out of this state and everything has been denied by the brand in my report even though I show documentation of the payment. Lack of professionalism and lack of care for their tenants. Debt isn't the problem; that's their right, but they have no right to play with people like that. A huge lack of professionalism..

Living here has honestly been a blessing while I was in school. It’s affordable low-income housing and they really worked with me and my situation. The management has always been kind and understanding. Anytime I had a concern or needed something fixed, they were quick to help. It’s a quiet and safe place which made it easier to focus on school and just have peace of mind. I’m really grateful for how accommodating they’ve been during my time here and I would recommend it to other students or anyone looking for somewhere affordable and reliable to live.

Unbelievable the best hands down apartment complex I've ever seen in my entire life it unbelievable the swing set is amazing I saw Bethany crawling around on the floor all sorts of cool stuff you guys are going to just love this place it has parking I think no it's got a you know it's got other cool stuff that's the best ever

What a bad experience. I applied, and guided through apartments. I was transparent and said exactly what I wanted… the manager knew she wouldn’t approve me- but still prompted me to apply and give my deposit. She denied me, and then told me the deposit was refundable. After a week of waiting for the deposit, I called and she said it was out of her control. It’s now been a month and I haven’t seen my deposit. I’ve called multiple times and (if they answer) she refers me to their website. This is ridiculous- and I feel like I should as scammed. Horrible apartment place with bad management!

Sierra Pointe is a great place to live. It’s peaceful, quiet, clean, ample parking, well maintained and safe. The location is very convenient and the view north of the apartments is spectacular. The management is always on top of everything, very diligent and helpful. Margaret is absolutely brilliant, she’s the loveliest landlord, caring and always doing her absolute best for the well-being of the residents. I’ve been very happy in the years I’ve lived here and will highly recommend it
