We had a hard time getting them to follow through on their advertised pricing special. We eventually just kind of left it. We were first assigned to a unit and when we got there it was the incorrect size. The door also would not close again. Glad we hadn't moved anything into it. They got us a new unit that was the correct size and since then everything seems to be running smoothly. Hopefully that continues! :)Full Review

We arrived at EZ In and EZ Out Storage in Hurricane, Utah after driving for two days from Colorado, and were greeted by Barbara, who was very friendly and accommodating. We determined that a larger unit would work better than the size we had originally reserved and she got us set up without any issue. She also graciously offered us cold waters to drink while we waited for our movers to arrive and unload the truck. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a storage unit.Full Review
On returning the unit's key at the end of my lease, I could not get a signature to confirm receipt of the key or any paperwork to confirm the end of the lease. I had to sign for everything on take-over, so why aren't you prepared to do the same? For the record, I handed back Unit J3 Hurricane at 1040 on 1/27/2020Full Review

Washington, UT RV Storage Tips

Most Common Types of RV Storage

Covered storage - While it’s usually the more expensive option, covered RV storage is the safest, most secure way to store your camper or trailer. In most cases, covered storage is simply a parking spot with a roof, however some facilities offer an indoor option which is just an over-sized version of a traditional self-storage unit (with drive-up access of course).

Uncovered storage - This storage option is basically an open parking space on the facility’s property, however because of its simplicity it’s also the least expensive option for RV storage. Some facilities do have paved parking areas specifically for motorhomes, but either way your RV will be outdoors and exposed to the elements – we recommend purchasing a cover if you go with this option.

Tips on How to Store a RV/Trailer at a Storage Facility

  • Measure your RV before you rent your unit to make sure you choose the right size
  • Give the camper a good cleaning before placing it in storage
  • Apply a coat of wax
  • Change the motor oil
  • Flush out the waste tanks
  • Purchase fuel stabilizer
  • Inflate the tires
  • Unload everything from your motorhome
  • Make sure the slide-outs are retracted
  • Once in storage, disconnect the battery
  • Make sure light can get into the motorhome
  • If possible, leave the vents open
