Have had multiple storage units over the years with different companies, but never climate controlled. We went to check out ExtraSpace Storage and Jorge was amazing!! Showed us several different units, shared pros and cons of each unit and educated us on how the climate control works. He was super patient and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and we never felt any pressure to make a decision today. That makes a big difference when you’re trying to figure out logistics. We will definitely be back!!! Also, I was incredibly impressed with how clean the whole facility was!!!! A++++

A great check-in experience and my unit was ready upon arriving. I’ve worked with ExtraSpace for a few months now this customer service is excellent. I even called one day but I found the answer I needed and they took the time to call me back because they had a missed call, which was awesome.
