The customer service was nice in assisting me to store my pickup. I am an OTR truck driver and having to live in the truck and store my possessions. Then I came to the unit, and the manager Edy was very nice and helpful. I was very lucky to find a place close to where im moving out of, and also close to my work, so moving will be convenient and the unit can hold my full size pickup. Thank you.

Eddie Bedoya from Extra Space Storage is such an awesome human! I’ve been struggling to keep up with my storage unit every month due to being out of work and normally when I get calls from people wanting to collect on a bill, their approach feels cold, inhuman and lacking compassion. It does not make me want to pay. The experience I’ve had working with Eddie has been the opposite! Every time I get a call from him, he sounds upbeat, compassionate and patient when he asks when I can make my bill. He treats me like a human being, not another call or bill to collect on. For someone who has been stressed about finances, It’s so appreciated when someone is patient and shows compassion while still having to do their job to collect. It makes me want to keep up with my payments. For anyone else that calls people on overdue or late bills, TAKE NOTE from Eddie. Being human and treating people like people is not only the right thing to do, it’s how you win. Kudos to you my friend!

There was some book keeping issues however the new management at Extra Space Storage was diligent in getting the situation taken care of. They got all my issues taken care of the day I called them.
