CountryMan NRA2AI just got a storage unit here, The facilities look really clean. Byron In the office was super helpful help me figure out the gate. Definitely struggled with that. I had to pull a little closer. Made them moving process easier for the storage unit as well. Also, really love the size of the unit and for the price they are Leasing it for. What 100% recommend to rent a unit here, customer service is top-tier the best!

It was pretty fast process but first I got moved across the street. Had a curb on the storage unit so couldn't put my car in that one. Had to wait 4 days got moved to the right location and changed my plan from 116 a month to the first month half off. Now im paying 190 a month and really rubbed me the wrong way. Especially since im going to basic for nine weeks. Byron tried reasoning with me refund tge cash and fix it the same day but I really dont have another two days waiting for it to hit my account to fix the problem and wont be in the state to redue the process. All the cash I got at the moment is going to the Navy for uniforms and supplies. Don't really have the time to sit there and fix another mistake. Id rather stick to paying the full amount first month rather than getting jipped another 74+ dollars a month. Is what it is. 🤷♂️
Rafael CastilloWe were stressing finding a decent sized storage the same day we went to Uhaul. They’re storage wasn’t enough for us and could not find bigger options with them. Got to recommend to check extra space out, did it all online and it was easy as heck! Will use them again if i need too, and pricing is very aggressive!
