L PahlI am so impressed with this storage facility! From the get go customer service was amazing and had exceeded all expectations!! They are so flexible and made me feel like my business mattered! Update as of 12/2022- while this facility manager was very flexible about my payments- there was theft of my storage unit and I was told I would be allowed to view the security video when the Manger (Mike is his name I think), was returned to town... well, long story short- I never was given an opportunity to view the tapes and when I asked about it, I was told it was my own problem.
