Stock and lock storage has been the most convenient storage facility I have ever used and they have been great to work with. I have been renting for two years and they have only increased my rent by 10 rollers. Open 24 hours, drive up to the unit, and unloading is easy. It has a light switch so it is easy to see in the large unit, unlike others I have used with no power. I haven't met any staff in person but they have always been responsive and easy to work with and polite.👍🏼

First off the two previous reviews are not for this specific facility. This is because theyve not even been owners of this property that long. I've been a long time tenant long before these guys took over. Unfortunately the homey atmosphere is no longer and has been replaced with another of your chain management/ownerships. Let me point out that the 1st picture here isnt even the woods cross self storage but some other stock facility. In the first 3 months of them owning the units not only did they double the rent here When asked if they are going to put up security cameras as it states they already have in their advertisement I was told eventually itll happen. So please note that on the front page there is no 24 hour surveillance, there is no gates entrance, and there is no onsite management to watch over the facilty.

I was in a bind and needed to get storage quickly. Very customer service oriented and willing to help secure the unit. When it came time to move out again the process was very simple.
