I was a tenant for more than two years. Management of the facility has deteriorated as they have relentlessly raised rents. Specific Issues I faced on December 15: - Massive ice sheets covering the parking lot and walkways 3 days after a storm. Asked for salt and was told there was none. How does a facility that constantly raises rent on its tenants not have the funds to de-ice its parking lot? My movers fell twice due to the treacherous icy walkways. - Broken elevators. - Entryways that reek of sewage. - Rent increases for worse and worse service. For those reasons and due to a general apathy from management, I cannot recommend the facility. 1/10.

I am appalled. We switched storage units to this company at the end of last year because of the stellar reviews after our last storage unit kept hiking rates almost quarterly with abysmal customer service, only to find this company increased our rate after 4 months, but almost double. I spoke with Ken on the phone, who was kind and empathetic and offered to pass this to his superiors. I sure hope something can be done. This is so disappointing.

I was a loyal customer for years until they raised my rent by $50 a month without notification. $92 for a 5x10. Then out of nowhere my next bill was going to be $145. When I called, the excuse was that the prices were increasing due to surrounding competing company prices. I moved out immediately and got a same size somewhere else for $55. I doubt Ill ever return because of this.
