Only one thing to say. Everything in my unit is completely ruined due to mold after less than one year. The worst part is this was a “known problem” according to the employee I spoke with and yet nothing was ever said. No warning. No alert to come check our unit contents. Nothing. No problem taking our monthly rent however. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra cost to store your stuff in a climate controlled space. Furious doesn’t even come close. Update after speaking with rental insurance company: mold is not covered. Period. So as you can clearly see from the photos, the mold was not only present but so bad on some of the furniture it had to be thrown away. Needless to say I am going to share this information with anyone who will listen.
