Julian at the Chantilly Extra Space Storage location was absolutely amazing. He was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful during a time when I was dealing with a lot of stress. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process instead of rushed. Customer service like this is rare — Julian was professional, empathetic, and truly went above and beyond. He made what could have been an overwhelming situation feel manageable and smooth. I was searching for storage for extra things- where I visited few locations and companies- This one was new thing for me- so I did my homework- went there and met this guy his name is Hong! And made me feel that we are friends ! He is very knowledgable about the items stored and the condition ! He is very friendly for sure ! He is always smiling ! Then I checked another site ! Which offered cheaper rates matching my needs- I totally recommend to work with this person! Hong and Francis ! They both very nice! Will search better options for you and in different locations and will advise you !
