Came in to look at the unit size and met Ram. He was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Ended up renting a unit i didn't need yet. Customer service was amazing and the place is very clean. I read other reviews about rates being raised. Im told they raise the rent twice a year. I'm hoping this whole experience stay positive the entire time I have this unit rented. I will keep the review current if anything changes.

Great place for storing things. They have large bay doors to bring your stuff though, and parking spaces that back right up to them. They have a bunch of heavy duty carts for your convenience, and the elevators are spacious and well maintained. I was able to get a unit the same day I signed up, which I appreciated. They also called later, to make sure I got into my unit ok. I would recommend them.

I had a really good experience at this Public Storage location thanks to Mr. Ram. He is very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process smooth and stress free. It is nice to deal with someone who clearly cares about customers. I would definitely recommend this location.

Cecilia, Was terrific at helping open a storage unit here. Made it extremely quick and easy and very friendly customer service was awesome! Keep up the fantastic job. She deserves a pay raise. I will refer people who ask me where to go for when they have a need for storage unit(s).

I’ve used this site managed by Cecilia for over 5 years for both personal and business storage. The facility is always pristine, the staff is courteous and I felt comfortable that my belongings were safe and secure. Surprisingly after storing furniture for over 3 years there wasn’t much dust or anything! If you need storage and want a top rate facility this is your place. Check out my pics for how clean the place was on a day I just popped in unannounced!!
