The staff were extremely kind and friendly. When we left a voicemail about a concern, they replied right away and took care of what we needed. The location is also convenient and it was easy to locate our unit. The process to secure a unit was also easy. I highly recommend Storage Sense and would come back if we needed one again.

Sign up process was easy. It was very convenient to pay the invoice through the website.The only downside is that you cannot see a summary of past payments, the amount and when they were made. However, the staff at the office was able to provide that to me. The summary, or ledger, was emailed to me as soon as I requested it from the manager. The backside of the building of the Vision Lane, Charlottesville location is quite dark and could benefit from some additional lighting.

Fantastic place! The facility is well maintained, well air conditioned, and very easy to navigate. The absolute best part of our experience was the assistant manager, Derrick Brown. He was so kind, attentive, and made the whole progress incredibly easy. 100/10 experience.

Service desk was very helpful. We were accommodated even though we came in near closing time. We got a storage unit the same day! Overall, excellent service and well-maintained storage units.
