The facility is clean and secure, with someone living on site if there is an emergency. Easy monthly payments were made online. When we finally were able to move my parents' belongings back to their home, Marsha noticed on her regular walk-through of the property that our unit was empty before we had the opportunity to contact her, and she reached out to us by email. Can't ask for more than that! Definitely recommend.
