These people will rip you off. Why would any storage company not inform you of a rate increase?? Why would any storage company charge you $ 20.00 a month for insurance, that's $240.00 a year.?? This is just another way for these people to get more money out of you. Nothing has happened to cause this facility to want to charge so much BUT GREED. Anyone can walk right into this building because the outside doors do not work because the code reader at the door locks are enabled, allowing anyone to walk right in and break your locks and TAKE WHATEVER THEY WANT. This place says it's climate controlled..That's bullcrap because the heat is never on. The manager of this facility has a broken push cart that they allow you to use with 3 wheels and all your personal stuff falls off the cart because these people are too CHEAP to buy a new one BUT THEY CHARGE HIGHER PRICES FOR THEIR STORAGE UNITS AND 20.00 A MONTH FOR INSURANCE. They bait the general public on a so called special move in rate and within a few months ,they raise your monthly rental twice the amount you originally signed the contract. Don't expect customer service because the self storage plus website is always down and not working. The manager does not clean the trash inside this building, but would definitely not clean the bathroom providing toilet paper. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF WITH NO SECURITY.

Storage unit has increased by more than double...no notification on top of it all. They have your card on file and will charge at will. Decembers bill was $102 ( 75% more than what I originally started) to $163 for this January--no notice. I was going to call to speak with someone, but from the reviews, I see I'm not the only one and that this is just a horrible company.

Selected this company because they had good rate, however, after a couple of months they increased my monthly rate by $100! They claimed that they provided notice via a Postcard through US Mail, even though they have my email and phone number, notifying me of the increase which I never received. This is not the way to do business.

Addendum/update: I ran this past my lawyer and he says “that’s bad business” and start by filing a complaint with the BBB and he can always look into class-action law suits but he would need to find out if it’s just the one facility that does it or if it’s a corporation as a whole. Gee…that generic copy and paste address and statement from customer service sure is a joke. I read through all of the reviews and there is definitely a pattern of deception once you seem to hit the 4-month mark for storage: They markedly increase your rates! I expressed my views and opinions and in response I was offered a "move-out date." THE WORST customer service. Clearly, no one told this manager about the No. 1 Golden Rule of managing: The worst thing you can have is an unhappy customer!! I share the exact same sentiment and the exact same problems and experiences as everyone else on here who have claimed they have had problems--and it's quite a few. This is a brand-new facility and I am quite certain that as it gets filled up and other new tenants reach 4-months or so that it will eventually happen to everyone. I am currently looking at other facilities... Just go down the list: Tommy Wiseman CF Ray Richie TM et al.

*EDIT: The email provided by the company responding to reviews does not answer. It’s only to make them look better in review section.* Do not rent here. It is a scam. They will raise your rent nearly 100% with no warning then say they mailed a small postcard. Then they will tell you a script about market rate changes. The doors are constantly broken or left wide open. There are no carts. Save yourself the time and stress and effort by avoiding this building and company.
