My experience with Extra Space Storage has been unique. We needed to move our possessions quickly. Everything went so smoothly from the start. Knowing our situation, their customer service and compassion has been exceptional. I know I will continue to be treated with kindness until everything is moved to my new home. The facility itself is very clean, spacious and comforting. Knowing all my belongings are safe gives me piece of mind. Sadly, I do not remember the gentleman’s name who has been assisting me but he knows who he is and I hope he is acknowledged for his customer care! I appreciate him very much!!! Thank you!

I found it easy to arrange for a new unit, possibly because I already had one unit. The unit was full of water (on the floor) when I moved in (it was a rainy evening). I called the office the next day, and each time I have visited when it was raining, the floor was dry. Thank you for such speedy service.
