We have been a customer for 3 months and in that time our price has gone up 40% in that time. We have a storage unit and a parking space and the pricing has gone up on both. Good luck getting a person to answer a call, their processes are intentionally frustrating so they are nearly impossible to communicate with. Do not rent from these folks, this is a bait and switch operation.
