This storage facility is absolutely wonderful. I have used this storage unit for over a year now and hope to be able to stay. The staff is impeccable. They are incredibly friendly, have fabulous customer service, and keep the facility impressively clean. Plus, the climate control helps keep your belongings safe in extreme weather changes. The only reason I am rating this location 4 stars instead of 5 is the pricing. Our initial cost for a very large multi-door unit was $110. Of course, we knew this was a deal and would not last forever, so when it went up to $199 5 months later, I understood. Early this year, I decided it was time to downsize from 160 sqft to 60 sqft. To my shock, during this process of downsizing, the price was increased again to $299. Today, the web rate for this size is $147, and the in-person rate is $205, so Extra Storage Space is making at minimum, $94 less on this unit a month. I understand this is the storage unit business and "prices are subject to change," but I am concerned that I have no idea how much my new 60 sqft unit will cost in 5 months. It is not the fault of any employees or this location in particular, but be warned, if you plan to use a storage unit like this long-term, you will be punished with shocking price increases. Am I going to stay as long as I can reasonably do so? Yes, I love knowing that my belongings are well taken care of by wonderful people. But do I wish I had an alternative option or a transparent price structure? Yeah.

Amanda and Shakira I want to start off with Shakira. IMPECCABLE customer service. I didn’t even know she was the manager, but she is an exemplar of providing customer satisfaction. This young lady went above and beyond for me and her spirit is delightful. I’m not making this up, you can go see for yourself! When you’re in the craziest of times in life transitions, having someone to make things lighter for you is such a blessing. Amanda, THANK YOU SO MUCH. Your timing with your knowledge provides a seamless process in resolving matters. Thank you ladies for an incredible experience and I push anyone I know looking a storage unit your way.

We were looking for a space to store items from my mother’s house until we can ship them. We signed up with Extra Storage for the introductory price but are staying because of the customer service. The unit was clean and easily accessible and the security is top notch. I got a call one day from the customer service lady saying the lock was iunlatched, after we had left. The lady at the front desk/phone is exceptionally knowledgeable and polite. My roommate had her things in another storage company and the price kept going up but the customer service was nonexistent. She moved her belongings in with mine for a larger unit for half the price. We are a very satisfied customer!

This storage facility has been amazing, clean, and extremely affordable. I had an 8X28 for just about $100. The move in and move out process was effortless. Shout out to Amanda for helping me final out from my unit!!!
