I had trouble with the garage door to my unit, and Terri, the property manager, helped me tremendously in making the transition to a new unit, that was, not only steps away from the previous one, but was at a better rate. She also caught some errors in processing that would've cost me. She really does all that she can to make this facility enjoyable, clean, and secure.

We originally wanted to rent a unit closer to the house we’re moving out of, but we ended up finding this unit through the website. We wanted to walk the unit prior to making the purchase for the unit and when we got to the location, we were greeted by the site person Terry immediately. Terry was very polite, attentive and informative in helping us find the unit that would suit us and she literally made the process so easy. This is a big deal because our schedules have been very unstable and we needed something that would accommodate our needs ASAP. The unit is what you would expect from the type of unit we got, outdoor and non climate controlled. But the space fits our needs perfectly and Terry went through and cleaned it even more prior to us securing the unit. I am very satisfied with Public Storage and the site person Terry at this time! We look forward to moving our belongings here while we take our lives on the road for a little while!

Regina is the associate who greeted me. When I had reserved my unit online, Regina quickly responded to me by phone. I let her know that I was already on my way. When i arrived, Regina was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist me with my rental. Regina made the process very easy.
