I love where I stay. Since Chelsea has been here she has been most helpful, thoughtful and ready to help in anyway she can. She is very knowledgeable of her job duties and always shows and speak with respect. Anything I may need assistance with she is always on top of it. The maintenance team is always on point with fixing what needs to be fixed. I am loving the new staff and positive changes they are making and changes that are coming.

I stopped by as a walk-in, and unfortunately the experience was not pleasant. The young lady at the front desk was unfriendly from the start. She asked about my price point, and when I mentioned an amount below the current market rate, her demeanor became noticeably more rude and dismissive. She repeatedly stated the “three times the rent” requirement and made me feel as though this would not be the right place for me. I told her that wasn’t an issue for me. Although I initially scheduled a tour, I decided I will cancel after leaving because the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I was very disappointed.

I had the pleasure of touring with Jeff. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and concerns. We toured a 2 bedroom and the floor plan was perfect. I received a follow up email that same day and the following day with everything we spoke about. That was very helpful especially when you’re apartment shopping.

I've been here for 4 years ,Never had no problem with my stay,Chelsea is one of the employee who works in the office, she the best,she's sooo pleasant,And if there anything you need from her she will help you and answer every question you need to know,she's awesome.

Our details: lived in the building right next to the pool in a one bedroom (decent space for 2 people). Bugs: Never had roaches or anything like that. There was a gnat problem upon move-in that was annoying, but had a sufficient response from management (pest control visit and cleaning). Management: The people in the office are so nice! All of them actually live here, too. Amenities: The gym is (allegedly) getting spruced up soon, but that and the pool are pretty standard (and family friendly)! I haven’t used the grills, but I’m not sure if they work? People: There are minor neighbor annoyances like noise and trash, but that’s pretty standard these days. I haven’t seen much dog poop, but pets are allowed. There are a lot of families around here. Parking: Super affordable (flat rate per year is only 1/4 of the monthly price in the city)! There’s always enough space too. They also have garages available. I’d actually give it 4.5/5 but the overall rating is way too low based on our experience here, so that rounds it up to 5.
