No issues with this particular facility or its employees - this review more so reflects what I believe to be corporate mischief. My unit price spiked from $46 to $83 this month, and luckily I caught it on my credit card before it cleared. Other than being shady and extractive behavior, there is another reasons why it sits poorly with me. Essentially all account management and site access is done digitally through their app and via email, but informing us of this price hike happened via physical mail alone. The employee I spoke to at this location (very nice and helpful) told me corporate uses “metrics” to determine unit prices every so often and many people don’t get the informing letter and, like myself, are shocked by the steep price hike. I think this is a deliberate ploy by corporate, as they can technically cover their tracks by saying “we informed you by snail mail” even though all prior communication has been digital…
