Great Tool
Everything about the website was great -- made it easy to find and reserve storage. All the key info I needed to make a decisions was displayed clearly. Only criticism is that it was not made clear until I was reading the lease documents that the monthly cost of the unit was only locked in for 4 months -- that is key info that could be communicated more clearly up front.

Naples Store
The lady who was on site at the store was great (I cannot remember her name). There was a lot of traffic in the store and she handled it well. Jessica was my on-line service agent and she was also excellent
