This place is an absolute disorganized joke. I rented a unit from them online, called to be sure everything was good for me to move in; loaded my truck and trailer, drove two hours and arrived to to find the unit I paid for was rented and occupied already. I called the emergency number, left a message and responded to the text, I didn’t receive a response until the next day. I will admit it was a holiday, but for the price of the units there should be someone available for emergencies. They are also giving my girlfriend the run around big time about canceling her unit (it is also locked). These places wanting to be remotely operated are great until they aren’t. I would like to give credit to Nick, he was very concerned about the situation and he believes it was a glitch in the system. He submitted a refund for the storage unit. The company still took a month to have it sent to me.
Austin HonyoustDecent location for storage, employees are not on site. Units are decent but with outdoor units nice can get inn. Got the unit only cause it was cheap For U-Haul Customers I’ve seen multiple individual wait for over an hour for someone to arrive for a pickup. Use this info as you please
